On AI

• Artificial intelligence and machine learning is #7 on the list of tech drivers of change
• AI is viewed as eliminating -1.56% of jobs till 2020

On Crowdsourcing

• Crowdsourcing, the sharing economy and peer-to-peer platforms is #5 on disruptors list
• Leveraging flexible working arrangements and online talent platforms is viewed as an imperative tool for HR

Net effect

• Net employment impact of more than 5.1 million jobs lost to disruptive labour market changes over the period 2015–2020
• Total loss of 7.1 million jobs— two thirds of which are concentrated in the Office and Administrative job family
• Total gain of 2 million jobs, in several smaller job families
